After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004, Attorney Morascyzk spent three years working as an associate attorney at two small firms in the Pittsburgh area.  In 2007, Attorney Morascyzk opened his own law office in Washington, PA, during which time he became involved with oil and gas law, as his extended family owned significant acreage in Washington County. In late 2009, Attorney Morascyzk partnered with Attorney Jacob Polochak to form Morascyzk and Polochak, one of the first area law firms to focus its practice on representation of landowners and oil and gas owners in the region. State and Federal Laws are vast and hard to understand, and often the legal system and legal procedure are confusing to people, and participating in a court case or negotiating with a large corporation can be both financially and emotionally difficult for clients. We believe that, as attorneys, our job is to explain the law and what to expect to our clients so that they understand what is taking place at all times, and what the law is and how it affects them. We minimize fees and maximize representation through a close relationship with you so that you never feel ‘out of the loop’. This helps you feel more at ease with the entire experience and more at ease with your representation as a whole, saving valuable money instead of wasting legal fees because you did not understand what was happening. You are the most important part of any legal proceeding, and we believe you should be treated that way. Helping people through their times of difficulties, providing support, guidance, and exceptional client service, including being straightforward and forthcoming with you, our clients, are our primary goals as attorneys.
